All unused, unopened and undamaged merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. If merchandise was purchased through a Symphony, please do not send your returns to that organization.
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price (minus shipping) for returned merchandise that is in resalable condition. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM:
Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to as soon as possible at the contact information stated above. We will gladly arrange for the return and/or replacement for items that were received either defective or damaged.
NON-RECEIVED OR RECEIVED WRONG ITEM:
If your order was incomplete or if you received something you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.
